Who: Club members and non-members (Ages 5–10)

What: Holiday Ball Mastery, Goal Scoring, & Goalkeeping Clinics

When: 9 AM – 12 PM (Half-day), 9 am - 3 pm (Full day)

Where: Sherwood Elementary School (1401 Olney-Sandy Spring Rd, Sandy Spring, MD 20860)


At Sandy Spring SC, our camps are aligned with the Montgomery County Public Schools calendar, allowing families access to quality programming during school holidays, professional days, and extended breaks throughout the year.


We offer eight School's Out Camps annually, nearly one camp every month, providing children with a fun, active, and engaging environment when school is not in session.


More than just a camp, this initiative serves as a key part of our club's mission to strengthen connections within the local school community. By offering accessible programming during school closures, we create opportunities for elementary and middle school students of all skill levels to experience Sandy Spring SC in a welcoming and low-pressure environment.


Whether a child is new to soccer, currently enrolled in one of our programs, or simply looking for an active way to spend a day off from school, our School's Out

Soccer Camps provide a valuable introduction to the club and our player development philosophy.


Program Goals

  • Increase engagement with local elementary school communities.
  • Provide affordable and convenient childcare and recreational options for families.
  • Introduce new players and families to Sandy Spring SC.
  • Create additional touchpoints throughout the year beyond traditional seasonal programs.
  • Build a stronger pathway into Recreation, Recreation+, Travel, Clinics, and Summer Camps.


By offering nearly year-round opportunities for participation, Sandy Spring SC is creating a true community soccer ecosystem where every child has a chance to connect with the game, develop new skills, and become part of the club—whether for a single day or for many years to come.

 

Cost:

SSSC Member - $45 (Half-Day), $85 (Full Day)

Non-SSSC Member - $55 (Half-Day), $95 (Full Day)
