About the Program
School is out—and it’s time to train! Join us as we help players develop their technical skills and deepen their understanding of the game in a fun, engaging soccer environment.
The Sandy Spring Soccer Club (SSSC) offers half-day and full day summer camps designed for beginner through advanced players ages 5–12. Each camp follows the SSSC player development curriculum, providing a blend of instruction, competition, and age-appropriate challenges.
Campers receive constant positive coaching, meaningful feedback, and a formal evaluation at the end of the week. With an emphasis on maximizing ball touches, players work on essential technical areas such as:
- 1v1, 2v2, and 3v3 play
- Juggling
- Defending & attacking principles
- Ball mastery and foot skills
